30% booking deposit. £100 refundable damage deposit. Balance due 1 month prior to holiday or pay balance in cash on arrival. Special rates for winter long term lets for a minimum of 4 weeks. Bookings from Saturday to Saturday (flexible during winter season). Arrival time after 3pm, departure before 11am. Maid service between lets.
